theses

the contents of the below texts are such that, although they are related to the main texts, they would nevertheless distract from the arguments of these texts; the ideas therefore are presented here.

these ideas serve a different function and have a different tone.

rather than being an attempt at a cohesive, self-coherent structure, they are independent texts presenting a single subject in a more earthly and focused fashion than the abstract concepts presented in ‘metaphysiká’.

they touch upon subjects such as specific societal structures, rules, theological differences, et cētera.

this requires a change in the tone also.

rather than conveying ideas and concepts, i rather go through thought experiments, brief discussions, as well as present rather subjective information1. i also use a more personal tone.

like the main texts, these ideas have been born in my head or passed to me from friends and discussed until they become the things presented; the difference is that the ones here are smaller in scope.

  1. one could argue that all information is subjective information, and i would agree. this kind of thesis belongs here rather than in the main corpus. ↩︎
